Roman blind chain system Duo
The roman blind mechanism is based on a closed cassette and has two chains for independent operation of each of the two fabrics.
Upper cassette dimensions: thickness 34 mm x height 38 mm. Inside the cassette there are double spools (drums), the arrangement of which can be adjusted to individual needs.
Two chains are used for easy and independent control of the blinds.
In the DUO Roman blind, the rear fabric is sewn in the same way as the front fabric, but 2 cm narrower, finished at the top with a channel for the rod and 7 cm shorter at the top (the strip between the upper rods is 7 cm smaller than the others).
The rear fabric is suspended behind the rod using a special clips. There is no need for the rear fabric to have Velcro or holes for the cord.
The system includes:
- a fully equipped rail with spools cut to size
- soft Velcro to be sewn onto the curtain fabric,
- bottom weight, aluminum, cut to size - 2pc
- chain loop, 150 cm high
- end teardrops
- mounting brackets, universal, wall/ceiling
- set of through wheels - optional
- white 4 mm fiberglass rods - optional
The quantity of spools and brackets depends on the width of the system. The standard configuration is as follows:
from 80 cm to 120 cm - 3 spools, 2 brackets; from 121 to 160 cm - 4 spools, 3 brackets; from 161 cm to 210 cm - 5 spools, 4 holders; from 211 cm to 250 cm - 6 spools, 5 holders.
We manufacture mechanisms of any width (minimum width 80 cm, maximum width 250 cm).
