How to buy at the Dorolet.com.pl online store?

Our store allows you to place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Minimum order value: For logistical reasons, the minimum value of products in the cart is 32.52 PLN net (40,00 PLN gross) (excluding delivery costs).
Shopping without registration: You do not need to create an account to shop – you can place an order as a "Guest". However, having an account allows you to conveniently track your package status and view your order history.

Order Fulfillment Time

All orders (including package preparation and production of custom-sized elements) are fulfilled within up to 7 business days.

The start of this period depends on the chosen payment method:

Prepayment (bank transfer, online payment): Fulfillment time is counted from the business day following the day we credited your payment.
Payment on delivery (COD): Fulfillment time is counted from the business day following the day we confirmed your order.

💡 Important – Custom-cut products: We offer a service of cutting profiles, tubes, and fabrics to exact dimensions. If you want to use this option, enter the exact dimensions in the order notes or send them by e-mail to [email protected] within 12 hours from the moment the order is paid (or placed – in case of cash on delivery). If we do not receive the specification within this time, we will ship the product in the standard, default dimension selected during purchase.

How to check the order status?

If you have an account: Log in to your customer panel to check the processing status in real-time.
If you bought as a Guest: You do not need to log in! Just go to our status check page and enter your e-mail address and order number.
