Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy

As a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights (Sole Proprietorship making a purchase of a non-professional nature), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

How to make a return?

Inform us about the return: Within 14 days of receiving the package, send an unequivocal statement of withdrawal from the contract by e-mail to [email protected] or by mail to the company's address. You can use the pre-made return form that we sent you as an attachment to the order confirmation.
Send the goods back: You have 14 days from the moment of reporting the return to send the package back. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.

We do not pick up return packages from pick-up points or parcel lockers. Goods sent to a pick-up point instead of directly to the above-mentioned warehouse address will be returned to you at your expense.

When is the right of return NOT applicable?

According to Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the 14-day return right is excluded, among others, in the case of:

Non-prefabricated goods, manufactured according to the customer's specification or serving to satisfy their individualized needs. In our store, this applies in particular to all products cut by the meter or prepared to a specific size (e.g., guides, tubes, profiles, cassettes, mechanisms for Roman blinds, blind fabrics cut on request).
Goods delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
