Slim system for the production of a horizontal Roman blind.

We offer you a complete set of components for the production of horizontal Roman blinds.

The set is suitable for the production of horizontal roller blinds mounted on terraces, pergolas, gazebos and winter gardens.

The system works on the basis of aluminium runners attached to anti-wind beams, and the fabric is attached to the runners with special sliders.

This type of Roman blind system will work perfectly even in very windy weather. The roller blind does not sag as in the case of rope systems.

The system consists of:

1. guides - 2 pieces ( in case of roller blinds with an overhang of more than 300 cm, we add connectors to the guides);

2. aluminium stiffening rods. 3;

3. slides

4. mounting brackets

5. assembly instructions.

Please note that due to the different types and structures of constructions, mounting screws are not included. You will need to purchase these yourself.

You can choose from three colours of runners :

- white,

- brown,

- black.

The number of stiffening bars depends on the length of the system. The standard is:

up to 150 cm - 8 stiffening bars; up to 200 cm - 10 stiffening bars; up to 250 cm - 13 stiffening bars; up to 300 cm - 15 stiffening bars; up to 350 cm - 18 stiffening bars; up to 400 cm - 20 stiffening bars; up to 450 cm - 23 stiffening bars; up to 500 cm - 25 stiffening bars; up to 550 cm - 28 stiffening bars; up to 600 cm - 30 stiffening bars.

When you buy a system for a horizontal Roman blind from us, you will receive a set of elements made to measure, ready for assembly. All you need to do is sew and attach the fabric to the system.

MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS :

In order for us to make your order to your exact measurements, we will need the dimensions shown in the picture below :

Width A - when stating the width, please give us the exact dimension of the construction light ( from beam to beam ). Please remember that the distance between the beams has to be the same in each place for the blind to function properly.

Length B - please enter the exact dimension of the construction beam.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASING A MECHANISM WITH NON-STANDARD DIMENSIONS :

For a roller shutter with non-standard dimensions, the price applies as for the larger dimensions from the drop-down table of dimensions. E.g. if you wish to order a system with the following dimensions : width 63 cm x length 365 cm, please select : width up to 80 cm x length 400 cm in the drop-down menu and then enter in the basket in the comments to your order : width 63 cm x length 365 cm. The system will be cut to the given dimensions.
