Front Box Profile B103 Cassette for ZIP Screen - Anthracite

B103 External ZIP Screen Cassette Front Profile – Anthracite

The front profile of the B103 box is a vital structural component designed for external ZIP screen systems. It securely closes the front and bottom sections of the aluminum cassette, sheltering internal components—such as the tube, fabric, and tubular motor—from rain, dust, wind, and harsh UV exposure.

Manufactured from heavy-duty extruded aluminum with a durable powder-coated finish in Anthracite, this profile fits seamlessly with contemporary architectural designs. Featuring precise physical dimensions (119 mm height, 70 mm base width), it ensures an exact fit with the B103 rear box profile and matching side caps.

Key Benefits & Product Features:

• Superior Weather Resistance: Powder-coated extruded aluminum prevents corrosion and color fading.

• Sleek & Architectural: Anthracite shade matches modern window frames, facade cladding, and pergola systems.

• System Integration: Fully compatible with standard B103 ZIP system components for smooth assembly.

• Durable & Rigid: Protects the internal blind mechanism across wide spans.
