Zipper Tape for ZIP Screens

Premium ZIP Zipper Tape for Outdoor Screen Blinds – 30 mm

Ensure maximum stability and long-lasting performance for your outdoor screen blinds with our 30 mm ZIP Zipper Tape. Engineered for modern exterior sun shading systems, this zipper tape guarantees reliable operation under demanding weather conditions.

Superior Wind Resistance and Fabric Tension

The ZIP guidance system acts as a continuous locking mechanism welded or sewn onto the edge of the screen fabric. Combined with a 30 mm tape width and a precise 0.5 mm zipper core, it firmly locks the fabric inside the side channels.

• Prevents Fabric Blowouts: Holds the screen taut even during high wind gusts.

• Seamless Light Control: Eliminates side gaps, providing better shading and thermal insulation.

Heavy-Duty Durability and Smooth Operation

Crafted from UV-resistant and weather-proof technical fibers, this zipper tape resists degradation and thermal expansion over time.

• Smooth & Quiet Movement: The 0.5 mm zip element runs effortlessly through side tracks without friction or jamming.

• Versatile Application: Fully compatible with both heat-welding and stitching processing techniques.
